How to compress large files easily

I want to pass along a tip to you that I think is very helpful.  At least it was very helpful to me.  When I first made my website, some folks told me that my graphics took too long to download and people would be too impatient to wait and read my web pages.

Someone, I forget who, graciously told me about a place I could go on the internet and "crunch" my graphics whether they were GIF's or JPG's and they would take up a lot less space and download much faster without compromising the quality of the graphics. And you can do this for free!  I was SOOOOOOOOO grateful, because I do not have the software to create graphics or to convert them to lower density.  So I will pass this along just in case some folks in BSMS need to get their graphics down to a comfortable size to send.

The place to go is:

http://www.spinwave.com/

There is a place on there to click to "crunch" graphics for free, and it does a terrific job for you.  Hope this helps everybody.

In His Love, and mine,

Jo

Thanks for that tip Jo
